Whether a cultural event, dinner entertainment, birthday party, inaugural celebration or commemoration, corporate party or social event, Astra Dance Company offers a variety of performances, including interactive and social dance partners for your event. All entertainment, technical aspects and attire of social dancers can be tailored to your venue and event specifications. Our priority is to entertain your guests, take the burden of coordinating from you and offer an unforgettable experience of fun, art and beauty.

• Full-length show (0:45-1:00 hr) or modified length show (0:15 – 0:25 min)
• 4 shows in current repertoire ranging from the dark, dangerous, sexy and provocative to the ethereal, magical, fairytale children’s theater. (Please see Upcoming Productions page for list of current productions)
• Dance Instruction at your event for guests
• Male and/or female Dance Partners for your guests

Partner with Us in Education Outreach

ADC is as passionate about education as we are about creating innovative works of art. Whether it’s a performance of a show from our repertoire, the entire series, animated literature readings, Q&A with creative team, dance instruction or a production workshop, Astra Dance Company is prepared in all of the above capacities to inspire students and open their imagination to the wonderful world of theatrical production.

Using multiple forms of dance expression, a behind-the-scenes documentary, trained dance instructors, dance and theater therapy practitioners and full or modified ADC productions, our aim is to make arts and culture available and accessible to your students and California’s youth.

• Historic Dance styles (folk, Irish jig, origins of Waltz, Viennese Waltz, Minuets)
• Modern Dance styles (all combined for the purpose of story telling and character/self expression)

• Behind the scenes in production (stage and film)
